| "I joined TMG in July of 2005, after discussing the opportunities with Lori Lucyk whom I have known for about 20 years now, as we used to work together at CIBC. I was there from 1988 to 1999, where I was a Personal Banking Representative doing everything from opening accounts to setting up mutual fund portfolios to mortgages and loans. I then left CIBC and went to an investment firm called Independent Financial Services were I worked with a very successful financial advisor doing financial plans, mutual fund sales, and portfolio creation and maintenance. After 5.5 years I felt that I wanted to do something for myself and when I searched my sole I realized that it was mortgages that I loved the most out of everything I had done in the past. So I asked Lori if she would give me some tips, and the next thing I knew I was signed up with TMG as a new broker.
I know Lori to be a very successful, professional and ambitious person whom I feel would not be with TMG herself if she did not believe in the company. After being here for 2 years and starting at ground zero, I am confident I made the right choice. I have had constant support and encouragement throughout my time here. The ongoing training and information available from Lori and TMG, with the knowledge network and the information that is regularly provided by head office, have been extremely helpful in allowing me to provide my clients with the service they deserve. I feel like I am part of a large support group that are always available and are always positive and create an amazing world to work in and be a part of. I know that my success as a mortgage broker is because of TMG, I am not sure if I could have made it on my own or with a smaller company that did not have the structures or networks that TMG has in place.
